Rules: The 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "6 strange habits/things about yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a journal about their 6 weird habits/things as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their devpage comments and tell them to read yours...
1. I used to be naturally blond, and for a period of time in my life I had shaven hair, where as now I have huge ridicules long hair. hair interests me.
2. I keep a lot of things secret from the world. I mostly don't want people to know what I'm up to until it's ready... like I can't let people see me in the process of drawing or making other things that I make... things I won't mention here, for these very reasons which I won't really tell... *hides things*
3. music is very special to me. I play an array of stringed instruments including a cello, as well as my rather nice keyboard. I keep my main guitar within arms reach so I can play it whenever I need to, usually for 2-4 hours-ish a day accumulatively, more on extreme days. I found that I can't read a book and listen to music at the same time, at least not good instrumental music: I'll sit down with a book and some music on and I'll find my hands just playing the instruments in my head, analysing the melodies and composing harmonies; and then I'll notice there are tears in my eyes, good music makes me cry quite often when I'm alone... then I'll remember where I am and be like "dude you're meant to be reading this book" then I'll have to pick up my guitar and play some of the missing harmonies along with the music... also I can't stand out of tune sounds... like when most modern bands try to play live, or when people feel the need to talk when there's good music playing... it's such an annoying sound, the least they could do is try to talk in tune with the music ffs >.< sheesh
4. I have a love/hate relationship with mathematics. I've got a very large natural aptitude for it, and that alone makes it satisfying to do, not as a challenge, but kinda more as a vulgar display of power. but there are whole fields within mathematics that don't interest me in the least, the parts that are devoid of art... and I'm aware that my referring to mathematics as art may cause a variety of negative reactions in various people, I haven't got a PhD in aesthetics, I know, so my opinion of "what is art" isn't worth very much, as it shouldn't be. however, there are whole areas within mathematics that have no use at all even within there own field, there's no apart reason for doing them whatsoever, they are useless, yet there are people who are driven crazy over their love for these useless things, who dedicate their lives to exploring them deeper and deeper, discovering more and more remarkably useless things... there's a kind of beauty to it that very few people our able to understand. pretty much everyone is touched by music in some way, much less people are touched by paintings in the same way as they are by music, I think this is because they don't understand the medium as well, and then much less people again are able to see the beauty in mathematics... I see it as a medium that is widely not understood very well.
5. I have rather long winded and annoyingly controversial yet extremely well grounded beliefs about consciousness and the state of "being". I won't go into any of that here, very few people would even care and it would take hours.
